Fasting Working?

So, as I said in my last post, I'm trying the fasting method of weight control. It also lets your body work to heal itself while it's not having to fight off the bad things that are in the food we eat. Friday I fasted, Saturday morning, results were apparent. Two things were obvious. I dropped over a pound, and I was hungry.

There isn't a unbearable hunger pain with it, but I was very hungry. It also didn't help that I didn't get to eat until 11:30 Saturday morning.

Monday had been another fast day. Despite the idea that fasting is not eating anything - Ive read two books that both say you can have a largely reduced meal, or two, with a maximum of 300 calories for men on a fasting day. I might do this, but right now I'm not certain. Saturday I only ate one meal, but it was a very large one. Sunday I had two medium\large meals, so I didn't like the scale this morning.

Speaking of scales, we got the FitBit Aria:
It's an awesome scale that tells you your weight, your body fat percentage and then uploads it to your FitBit account. I also got the FitBit Flex:

I love it because it syncs with my phone directly and then uploads that data to my FitBit account, plus it's something I can put on and forget about so sleep tracking is a lot easier for me. I gave Lyndsay my FitBit Classic:

Which she seems to have been liking so far. She has already blown this dietbet out of the water, and I'm still working on it. I think there is about two weeks to go, so I have all the tools, just need the will power and endurance.
